PCC Foundation believes every person deserves the opportunity and support necessary to achieve their educational goals. We aim to remove barriers to education at Portland Community College. 

Friends of PCC who share intentions to remember the PCC Foundation through a bequest, life income plan or other type of planned gift become members of the Amo DeBernardis Legacy Society.

Almost half of PCC’s students need financial help to attend college. Many students are working full time, supporting families and trying to make ends meet. At the same time, PCC programs struggle for the resources to stay current in their fields.
